About the role
- Execute administrative activities related to partner accreditation at Órigo Energia while ensuring the accuracy of partner data and documentation. Collaborate with sales executives and internal teams for compliance and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Receive and record accreditation requests submitted by sales executives;
- Review and validate partners' documents and registration data according to the criteria defined by the area;
- Enter and maintain information in spreadsheets, systems, and internal portals;
- Track outstanding documentation and notify internal requesters of any inconsistencies;
- Support the organization and periodic updating of the accredited partners database;
- Provide suggestions for improvements to optimize the accreditation process workflows and controls.
