  • Bilingual Financial Wellbeing Coach at Operation HOPE supporting small business owners through coaching and workshops. Connecting entrepreneurs with resources and evaluating business progress regularly.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain client bases, analyze financial information, provide guidance on business plans
  • Facilitate small business workshops covering credit and money management
  • Connect clients with resources and collaborate with community partners
  • Track progress of businesses, evaluate coaching impact, and provide feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2+ years of work experience in the financial industry
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong knowledge of business planning, financial management, and marketing strategies
  • Proven experience in small business coaching, consulting, or entrepreneurship
