About the role

  • Product Owner responsible for project management in the energy sector, working with clients on custom needs. Collaborating with teams using agile methodologies to deliver software solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and prioritize business requirements in coordination with Product Managers (PMs).
  • Participate in Agile Scrum and SAFe ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Program Increment Planning, PO Sync, retrospectives, etc.).
  • Coordinate activities with Business Owners, Product Owners (of related applications) and other stakeholders.
  • Manage design phases, write User Stories and associated test cases.
  • Perform tests and validate developments; support change management with users (deployment demos, implementation of business processes, knowledge transfer, etc.).
  • Prepare communications and feedback (for the Steering Committee, manager, etc.); maintain the project communication channel or others.
  • Serve as the Business Owners' point of contact for delivery follow-up.
  • Enrich documentation (Confluence, etc.).
  • Minimum expected deliverables: project scoping — drafting the scoping note, defining the MVP, identifying actors and data sources. Minutes from functional and technical workshops (if necessary) to build the documentation. Functional architecture diagram to be developed with the functional architect and delivery teams. Sequence diagrams. User Stories/features in DevOps. Test cases linked to User Stories in DevOps. Test tracking files on DevOps (or Excel if highly cross-functional). Pre- and post-production action tracking files. Project monitoring KPIs. Communication and deployment documents. Measurement of usage for delivered products.

Requirements

  • You are familiar with project management using Agile methods (particularly Scrum and SAFe) and can demonstrate at least 2 years of practical implementation and follow-up.
  • Experience as a Product Owner or Epic Owner is strongly appreciated.
  • You have already worked with tools such as TFS DevOps or JIRA.
  • Digging into topics with some IT and Data technicality (manually calling APIs, technical-functional discussions with developers and architects, running SQL queries…) does not intimidate you.
  • In an IT platform approach focused on service and multi-cloud, knowledge of tools like Postman/Insomnia or draw.io is a plus.
  • Similarly, experience on platforms hosted on both Azure and AWS clouds is a plus.
  • For the specific context of the first target assignment, mastery of Data tools is required: SQL queries on an Oracle database.
  • Use of Databricks with development languages Python or Spark for use on AWS.
  • Integration and reporting of query results in Power BI.
  • The BI is hosted on Oracle and AWS, and therefore requires the use of multiple technologies.
  • You are autonomous and show initiative and organizational skills to successfully handle several topics in parallel when necessary and escalate blocking points to your contact if needed.
  • You enjoy interacting with multiple teams and stakeholders with varied profiles (developers, POs, pricers, billing teams, …); this soft skill will be essential to succeed in this role.

Benefits

  • Bonuses for each certification obtained
  • Summer bonus
  • Company savings plan (PEE)
  • Meal vouchers
  • RTT (additional time-off days)
  • Bike allowance
  • Health insurance (mutuelle)...
