About the role
- AI Deployment & Adoption Team Lead focusing on post-sales success of EMEA customers. Collaborates with Sales and Product teams to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and operating model of the EMEA Strategic AI Adoption & AI Deployment teams.
- Lead, build, and mentor a team of high-performing Deployment Managers.
- Act as the primary technical escalation point during implementation.
- Represent the voice of the customer by synthesizing feedback and identifying recurring themes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, managing C-level technical and business relationships with complex global organizations.
- 2+ years of experience leading post-sales teams with a demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and manage technical teams.
- Experience with complex implementations of Generative AI/traditional ML solutions.
- Effective communicator who can translate business and technical topics to all audiences, including senior leaders.
- Ability to own problems end-to-end and willingness to learn necessary knowledge.
