Responsibilities
leading a team of sales reps focused on driving sales activities to achieve the business objectives
development, implementation and execution of sales targets
manages sales promotion activities
recommends product modifications or improvements
provides input for product development and anticipates customer needs
executes sales processes including business plans and pricing models
maintains and expands current accounts and builds new accounts
coaches sales team on the selling cycle
manages divisional budget and communicates budgetary limits
facilitates hiring and motivation of sales staff
handles customer product questions and objections
ensures compliance with all regulations and policies
Requirements
6 years of total work experience required
Bachelor’s degree required.
MBA or equivalent is preferred.
Sales or marketing management experience
Sales experience with documented history of sales success in a medical device sales environment
Experience selling to surgeons in an operating room environment and/or experience calling on plastic surgeons
Aesthetics sales experience and experience calling on plastic surgeons
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong Business Insight & analytical skills
Presentation skills
Ability to travel overnight and/or on weekends, approximately 75%
Valid driver's license issued in one of the 50 United States and a clean driving record is required
