Wealth Operations Manager ensuring smooth back-office operations for OneDigital's financial planning and wealth management. Collaborating with advisors and teams to deliver client solutions in investment management.
Responsibilities
Work to become a subject matter expert on OneDigital's investment platform and operational requirements.
Collaborate seamlessly with advisors and national teams to ensure efficient and effective investment platform utilization.
Collaborate with custodians, brokerage firms, financial institutions and internal corporate teams to process client transactions, resolve discrepancies, and manage account-related inquiries.
Coordinate with advisors, Field Investment Professionals, and the national CPM team to project-manage the creation of customized portfolio proposals tailored to client needs.
Maintain accurate records of custodial interactions and follow up on outstanding items.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Execute fund transfers, wire requests, and other financial transactions.
Assist advisors and internal team in preparing materials for client meetings, including performance reports, investment summaries, and relevant documentation.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Maintain client data in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Update client profiles, contact information, and preferences.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from internal team members.
Assist with office organization and other administrative tasks as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (preferred), or relevant work experience.
2+ years of experience in investment management and operations including working with advisors and various investment vehicles (ETFs, Mutual Funds, Model Portfolios, Institutional Accounts, Commingled Funds)
Familiarity with Charles Schwab preferred
Familiarity with Orion, Salesforce, other financial technology, and industry regulations preferred.
Solid understanding of financial planning principles, investment strategies, and relevant regulations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment.
Continual learner mentality, able to adopt new solutions and help respond to the impact of new systems.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive client information, including personnel and financial data.
