Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and optimize cloud and on-premises infrastructure
- Ensure system security, backups, and recovery processes are in place
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure issues
- Automate infrastructure tasks using scripting and configuration management tools
- To adhere to the Company’s policies and procedures, maintaining a professional standard of conduct and always upholding the reputation of the Company
- Maintain compliance with security and operational standards
- Any other duties as required to meet business objectives
- To provide remote and deskside support to the user base for hardware/software used at the One Beyond
- To provide user administration with M365, Intune and AAD
- To maintain Software / Hardware assets and ensure compliancy to security standards.
- To manage laptop equipment within Hungary, Spain and UK
- To assist with the documentation of procedures and technical notes.
- To be conversant with IT security and help maintain user compliance.
- Provide laptop support and administration to internal users – Windows and MacOS
- Provide support for internal user issues - clarify, diagnose, resolve. Document and escalate where appropriate.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Infrastructure Engineer or similar role
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office365 based user and laptop Intune environment with Windows and Mac clients
- Proficiency in networking, firewalls, and security best practices
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Must be flexible to travel and work across business areas
- Great communication skills

- Excellent Knowledge of MacOS and Windows 11 operating systems.
- Good knowledge of Intune Mobile Device Management
- Good Knowledge of Azure Active Directory
