About the role

Responsibilities
- You are responsible for handling product complaints of electronic components
- You drive quality topics forward together with colleagues in an international environment and act as the active link to relevant interfaces
- You perform root cause analyses (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why) and ensure the sustainable effectiveness of measures
- You work closely with suppliers, production, development and international interfaces
- You contribute to the improvement of process flows and product quality
- You support, monitor and drive the further development of our Operations Quality Assurance system
Requirements
- Completed technical education (HTL, FH, university) in electrical engineering, electronics or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in quality management or quality assurance
- Very good knowledge of common QM methods (8D, root cause analysis, audit methods, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality
- Independent, analytical and structured way of working
- Good language skills in German and English
