About the role
- Prozess- und Qualitätsmanager overseeing processes in construction projects for energy infrastructures with focus on continuous improvement and quality management.
Responsibilities
- Einführung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen in Bauprojekten der Freileitungsbranche.
- Überprüfung der eingeführten Prozesse in Planungs- und Bauphasen, inklusive Erfolgskontrolle sowie Bewertung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.
- Sicherstellung der Qualität im bauprojektbezogenen Dokumentenmanagement (z. B. Bauunterlagen, Protokolle, Nachweise).
- Ansprechpartner*in für Projekt- und Bauteams in allen Fragen rund um Prozesse, Standards und Dokumentenvorlagen.
- Planung, Organisation sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung von Projekt- und Baubesprechungen (PMO-Termine).
- Weiterentwicklung und Anwendung von Projektmanagement-Tools und -methoden mit Fokus auf Bau- und Infrastrukturprojekte.
- Aufbau und Pflege einer zentralen Lessons-Learned-Datenbank.
Requirements
- Ein abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches oder technisches Studium, idealerweise mit Bezug zu Bau, Infrastruktur oder Projektmanagement, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. Fachwirt, Techniker).
- Ob Berufseinsteiger*in oder mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im Prozess-, Qualitäts- oder Baumanagement – passende Einstiegsebene.
