Responsibilities
Independently analyze, evaluate, and comment on contracts for energy facility projects
Holistic contract management throughout the entire project lifecycle in collaboration with project management and relevant departments
Develop project- and supplier-specific claim strategies in coordination with the Head of Contract Management and executive/project management
Manage and operationally implement measures to assert or defend against change claims, as well as handle scope changes and construction process disruptions
Support schedule, cost, and performance control
Assess opportunities and risks based on the contract and project progress
Support the development of processes and the further development of existing processes and strategies in claim management
Act as the operational interface between departments, project teams, stakeholders, and the Head of Contract Management
Ensure compliance with and application of relevant standards and regulations for occupational health and safety, accident prevention, environmental protection, and data protection

Requirements
Successfully completed technical, legal, or business degree or an equivalent qualification
Initial professional experience (approx. 2 years) in contract and claim management for large construction projects, ideally in infrastructure or renewable energy
Strong knowledge of the underlying regulatory frameworks (German Civil Code - BGB, VOB, etc.)
In-depth contractual, commercial, and technical knowledge
Structured, reliable, and analytical working style
Proactive and communicative personality with a solution-oriented approach
Business-fluent German language skills
Driving license class B
Willingness to travel (as required for projects)
