Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of experience with UKG Pro WFM or similar systems
- Experience with Kronos or UKG configuration
- Familiarity with healthcare workforce scheduling and compliance standards
- Knowledge of payroll processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in reporting tools and Excel
- Effective communication with stakeholders
