About the role
- Odoo Business Analyst empowering businesses to optimize processes using Odoo. Facilitating project implementation from analysis to training in diverse sectors such as finance, logistics, and retail.
Responsibilities
- Als Business Analyst ben jij de schakel tussen de visie van de klant, de functionele architectuur en de concrete implementatie.
- Je begeleidt het hele traject — van analyse tot training en post go-live ondersteuning — en werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten in sectoren zoals financiën, logistiek, retail en productie.
- Je analyseert en vertaalt bedrijfsprocessen naar de beste Odoo-aanpak
- Je configureert en past Odoo-modules aan aan de realiteit van elk bedrijf
- Je werkt samen met Project Managers, Functionele Architecten en ontwikkelaars om de coherentie van het project te waarborgen
- Je bereidt demo’s of Proofs of Concept (POC) voor om best practices te illustreren
- Je traint sleutelgebruikers en begeleidt change management voor een vlotte adoptie
- Je volgt de prestaties na implementatie op en stelt continu verbeteringen voor.
Requirements
- Graag bedrijfsnoden vertaalt naar concrete, pragmatische oplossingen
- Nieuwsgierig is naar Odoo en de ERP-wereld, of al een eerste ervaring heeft in dit domein
- Zich comfortabel voelt met informatiesystemen: data structureren, workflows begrijpen, toegangsrechten beheren en automatiseren
- Graag samenwerkt met diverse profielen — business, technisch, management — om tot efficiënte oplossingen te komen
- Vlot Nederlands en Engels spreekt (Frans is een pluspunt)
- Graag bijleert, kennis deelt en groeit in een dynamische, internationale omgeving
