Responsibilities
Execute payroll processes, vacations, 13th salary (annual bonus), terminations and general labor-related calculations
Process new hires, terminations and employee record updates in the HR system
Manage benefits (transportation allowance, meal allowance, health plan, among others)
Prepare HR/payroll reports and KPIs, ensuring the reliability of information
Assist in interpreting and correctly applying labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements
Support recruitment, selection and onboarding processes for new employees
Contribute to the implementation and review of internal policies, rules and career plans
Provide employee support to clarify questions about payroll, benefits and other HR-related matters
Collaborate closely with HR and leadership, supporting decisions based on data and legal compliance
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or related fields
Proven experience in Personnel/Payroll administration
Up-to-date knowledge of labor and social security legislation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Familiarity with e-Social and other statutory obligations
Desirable experience with payroll systems (e.g., Totvs, Protheus, ADP, etc.)
Good interpersonal communication and ease in working as part of a team
Analytical ability and attention to detail
Organized and good time-management to handle multiple demands
Proactive in identifying improvements, process corrections and practical solutions
