About the role
- Supervising procurement processes and ensuring SLAs at Odontoprev. The role includes strategic sourcing and managing supplier relationships in a hybrid setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage purchasing requests ensuring compliance with SLAs across business areas by proactively handling purchase requests.
- Analyze spending to identify opportunities to consolidate contracts and spot purchase demands.
- Plan and conduct negotiations focused on the best cost-benefit to meet requirements.
- Support business areas in the technical qualification and approval of suppliers and proposals, ensuring clear and impartial evaluation criteria.
- Analyze negotiation outcomes and define/recommend the winning supplier.
- Prepare reports and monitor the results of executed projects.
- Review and develop policies and processes to increase speed and efficiency of the team's routines and deliverables, with a strong focus on digitalization and automation.
- Direct people management, focusing on individual development plans to identify talent and successors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Postgraduate degree desirable.
- Experience negotiating and managing Technology categories.
- Negotiation techniques, reverse auction, and business/contracting models.
- Strategic Sourcing, Spend Analysis and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and e‑Procurement platforms.
