About the role

  • Gestionnaire de paie pour un cabinet d’expertise-comptable dans le Sud-Ouest. Prise en charge d’un portefeuille de clients et production des paies avec conseils en droit social.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 60 clients
  • Process payroll and ensure accuracy
  • Manage employee hires and terminations
  • Collect and verify payroll variables
  • Prepare, review and issue payslips
  • Monitor sick leave and calculate statutory sick pay (IJSS)
  • Prepare the DSN and social declarations
  • Advise clients on employment and social legislation
  • Draft employment contracts, amendments and mutual termination agreements (ruptures conventionnelles)
  • Keep up to date with legal and regulatory developments

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a payroll or accounting firm
  • Qualification equivalent to 2–5 years of higher education (e.g., diploma or degree) in payroll, HR, employment law or management
  • Strong knowledge of SILAE
  • Dual expertise in payroll and employment law
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Comfortable in client-facing roles
  • Curious and motivated to continue learning
  • Team player with a good sense of humor
