About the role
- Juriste en droit des sociétés au sein d’un cabinet d’expertise-comptable. Gestion juridique, conseil et accompagnement d’entrepreneurs dans leur réflexion juridique.
Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of the legal lifecycle of client companies
- Manage day-to-day corporate secretarial duties
- Take charge of the legal management of a portfolio of companies
- Draft articles of association and prepare general meetings
- Participate in special corporate transactions
- Advise and support entrepreneurs in their legal considerations
- Play a key role within the teams
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an accounting firm
- Preferably a Master's degree (equivalent to French Master 2) in Corporate Law / Business Law
- Strong knowledge of corporate law as applied to SMEs
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with accounting and finance professionals
