About the role

  • Key Account Manager responsible for developing collaborations with retail partners in Frankfurt. Driving growth strategies and managing key accounts in the FMCG sector.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for our drugstore key accounts and strategically developing collaboration with partners.
  • Independently conduct annual, pricing/terms and listing negotiations.
  • Develop assortment and placement strategies.
  • Plan, evaluate and support promotions and trade marketing activities.
  • Develop sales arguments based on reporting and market analyses.

Requirements

  • Ideally, experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG or retail sectors.
  • Independently conducted annual or listing negotiations.
  • Use of performance metrics and KPIs to inform decision-making.
  • Structured, self-reliant and with a clear ownership mindset.
  • Reliable and confident communication in German (C1).
  • Good command of English.
  • Drive to push through change and improve processes.
  • Willingness to come to the Frankfurt office regularly.
