About the role
- Advogado(a) associado focusing on civil litigation and client legal support at Banco do Brasil. Responsibilities include case management and compliance with legal standards.
Responsibilities
- Handle court notices/publications, schedule deadlines in the system, and review low-complexity filings in cases;
- Prepare reports and meet deadlines;
- Review and analyze subpoenas/notices and publications to route events to the appropriate teams within Banco do Brasil and other teams involved in the operation;
- Enter case information into the firm's case management system as part of the project called SIGA developed by the client;
- Respond to client requests submitted via spreadsheet;
- Comply with the requirements and requests for deliberations set out in the Banco do Brasil Outsourced Legal Services Manual, as well as the bank's rules, guidelines and client service workflows.
Requirements
- Active registration with the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP);
- Up to 1.5 years of experience practicing as an attorney;
- Experience in law firms, preferably in high-volume litigation;
- Proficiency in drafting defenses and appeals of lower complexity;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
