- Assess and rule on manifest denials of contractual guarantees
Requirements
- Master's degree in private law or a specialization in employment law or business law
- Confident speaking and comfortable with telephone contact
- Customer satisfaction is your priority; you are a good listener and show empathy
- Proficient with computers and common office software
- Enjoy working independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset
- Successful experience in legal protection (insurance) or at a law firm is a plus, though recent graduates are welcome
