About the role
- Provide first-line bilingual IT support and manage device deployments across core enterprise platforms on a 1-year contract.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to users, ensuring efficient resolution of IT issues and requests.
- Support and administer core enterprise platforms.
- Manage device deployments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in both English and French (or other required languages).
Requirements
- Experience with the MS Intune suite, MS Entra, Office 365 suite, and JIRA Service Manager.
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage laptop deployments and hardware provisioning.
- Strong communication skills in English and French (or other required languages).
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and help desk best practices is an asset.
- Office or hybrid work environment.
- May require occasional after-hours support for critical incidents or deployments.
