Responsibilities
You are responsible for the strategic and conceptual development of our event brands.
You translate market and customer needs as well as trends in the relevant industries into suitable formats and products.
You act as the strategic and conceptual driver for our event brands.
You further develop and, where necessary, establish strategic relationship management with relevant stakeholders.
You provide relevant information to cross-functional departments.
You share responsibility for the annual budgeting process and budget controlling.
You model desired behaviors, make deliberate decisions and take responsibility.
You create a motivating work environment and provide professional leadership to your team.
Requirements
You have professional experience (approximately 5 years or more) in trade fair, congress and event management.
You have strong experience in conceptual and strategic work.
In other words, you demonstrate pronounced conceptual thinking skills, can analyze complex relationships and convert them into structured, actionable concepts.
You possess solid business/ commercial knowledge through a completed degree or comparable qualification.
You have very good German language skills and good English skills.
