Responsibilities
Define, structure and evolve the product metrics and KPIs model (performance, value, efficiency and outcomes).
Create and maintain executive and operational dashboards for Product teams, business stakeholders and executives.
Translate data into actionable business insights, supporting prioritization and decision-making.
Partner with Heads of Product, Heads of Technology and the STO to understand analytical requirements.
Ensure the quality, consistency and reliability of the data used.
Support the definition of success metrics for new products, features and strategic initiatives.
Promote and evolve a data-driven culture within product teams.
Define standards for data interpretation, analysis and storytelling.
Build and scale the experimentation culture (A/B testing).
Foster analytical autonomy for product teams (self-service analytics).
Requirements
Solid experience in Product Analytics, Business Analytics or Data Analytics.
Strong knowledge in defining product KPIs and metrics (e.g., North Star, OKRs, team efficiency).
Experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Mixpanel or similar).
Advanced analytical skills and strong business acumen.
Experience in digital platform or SaaS environments.
