Responsibilities
Administer and monitor the electronic timekeeping system, ensuring correct time entries, calculation and consolidation of hours worked.
Investigate and resolve timekeeping inconsistencies, including time bank (compensatory hours), overtime, absences and justifications.
Manage schedules, shifts and working hours, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and collective agreements.
Provide support to internal teams and employees, answering queries related to timekeeping and the system.
Prepare and update management reports and attendance/absenteeism indicators, supplying accurate information for decision-making.
Ensure correct and complete integration of information between the timekeeping system and payroll.
Work on configuration, maintenance and improvements of the Senior system modules related to time and attendance management.
Requirements
Solid experience in managing electronic timekeeping systems.
Advanced knowledge of the Senior system, specifically the Time Management and Time Panel modules.
Experience with implementation, configuration and maintenance of time and attendance control systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
Experience working in high-volume environments.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Experience in large companies.
Analytical and organized profile, high attention to detail and good communication skills.
Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo, onsite once per week.
