About the role
- Project Manager and Consultant leading web projects in Switzerland's dynamic environment. Collaborating across teams and phases to deliver high-quality results in a hybrid workspace.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate web projects across all phases (initial discovery, requirements gathering, planning, controlling, implementation, closure)
- Communicate with and advise clients; handle client inquiries via email and phone
- Serve as the interface between design, development, and the client
- Create project roadmaps in alignment with clients
- Plan and allocate project team resources
- Assist with cost estimates and preparing proposals and quotes
Requirements
- Relevant and appropriate education or degree (e.g., IT education with business management further training, business degree with IT experience, or similar)
- Experience leading IT-related projects
- Reliability is one of your strengths
- Experience preparing proposals/quotes and supporting (potential) clients is an advantage
- Knowledge of various agile methods (Kanban, Scrum, Design Thinking)
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-initiative
- Positive attitude with a good sense of humor
- Team player who enjoys working with people (even in the mornings)
- Used to working independently and organizing yourself
