About the role
- IAM Strategy Lead driving strategic vision and budget for IAM division. Collaborating with teams and establishing reporting mechanisms to enhance operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Drive the strategic vision, operating model, budget, planning activities, and outcomes for the IAM division.
- Serve as a trusted, strategic advisor to the VP of IAM and leaders within the division.
- Support IAM strategy, ensuring alignment with key priorities and outcomes.
- Lead strategic initiatives to enhance divisional value.
- Collaborate across teams to integrate strategies effectively.
- Establish reporting mechanisms for leadership visibility into operational KPIs and progress toward key results.
- Manage planning artifacts, annual OKRs, and high-level roadmaps, reviewed quarterly.
- Oversee 1/3/5 strategy maps, key priorities, and business case submissions.
- Conduct quarterly PI planning reviews to ensure alignment with committed work.
- Align IAM business operations with departmental strategy, mission, and goals.
- Identify and address gaps in the operating model.
- Collaborate with finance on planning and budgeting processes.
- Prepare agendas for IAM leadership meetings and planning sessions.
- Participate in leadership meetings to resolve barriers and develop action plans.
- Facilitate cross-functional initiatives and information flow.
- Monitor changes impacting division priorities and commitments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years in leadership roles within information security organizations.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and collaborate across organizational boundaries.
- Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable presenting to all organizational levels.
