Responsibilities
Lead the development of the enterprise technology strategy
Develop and maintain long-term focused enterprise technology roadmaps
Lead senior customers and executive leader briefings
Coordinate & lead across the enterprise as a key interface for corporate leadership
Enable GR and Business development teams by providing strategic messaging
Identify relevant NG technologies to address emerging warfighter needs
Represent the corporation in the technology ecosystem
Responsible for accurate and thorough reporting and tracking of alignment and execution
Provide oversight and accountability to multifunctional teams
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and fifteen (15) years of relevant experience OR Master's Degree and thirteen (13) years of relevant experience OR 9 Years with PhD
Active US Government Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI, SAP/SAR
Demonstrated change management leadership and results.
Ten (10) years of experience in advanced technology development.
Experience with direct report leadership and managing teams.
Ability to develop and foster an inclusive work environment that attracts, retains, and inspires diverse and engaged teams.
