About the role
- Technical Consultant reviewing and adapting the existing EWER module for Nonviolent Peaceforce's BABAE project. Focusing on gender-responsive adaptation in Cotabato City, BARMM.
Responsibilities
- Review NP’s existing EWER module
- Conduct a gap analysis focusing on gender integration, GBV risk mitigation, and protection mainstreaming
- Revise and adapt the existing module to ensure protection-centered framing
- Develop a concise annex including Do No Harm guidance
- Conduct desk review of the existing module and hold inception call with NP
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in gender-responsive humanitarian programming
- Experience in training module review and development
- Familiarity with IASC gender and GBV standards
- Experience working in Muslim or conflict-affected contexts preferred
- Strong analytical and writing skills
