Responsibilities
Provide second-line, director-level leadership for Nokia’s IP Design & Planning organization in India, leading a large, multi-layered organization of 200+ professionals through first-line managers.
Hold end-to-end accountability for the execution of large-scale IP network deployment, modernization, and transformation programs, ensuring consistent delivery excellence.
Act as a trusted interface to CDO-level senior management and key customers, owning delivery outcomes across quality, cost, timelines, and customer satisfaction in complex, multi-partner environments.
Requirements
20+ years of overall experience in IP networking, including design, planning, deployment, and transformation.
Strong technical background in IP networks, with proven expertise in Core, Aggregation, and Access architectures, including large-scale IP network design and evolution.
Proven experience at Director / Second-Line Manager level, leading large organizations through multiple line managers.
Demonstrated experience delivering large, complex IP network programs for Tier-1 Communication Service Providers, preferably in India.
Experience interfacing with CDO / CTO / senior executive stakeholders.
Solid understanding of delivery governance, cost management, and quality assurance.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
