Responsibilities
Supporting team learning via collecting training needs, gathering offers from internal and external providers, monitoring training completion
Support budget‑related activities, including expense request handling
Basic support of the recruitment process
Maintain team knowledge bases (MS SharePoint, Confluence)
Prepare and publish internal and external communications, promotional materials, newsletters, and updates across social media and other communication channels
Organize business travel and delegation logistics for the team and coordinate on‑site visits of external partners and customers
Support daily team operations through effective information flow, documentation handling, and proactive administrative care
Plan and coordinate team events: gather offers, prepare cost estimates, manage vendor discussions and track post-event settlements
Requirements
Active student status
Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent self-management, organization, and ability to work across multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a similar administrative or HR related role is considered an asset
