About the role

- Issue and update bank payment slips (boletos) for clients, ensuring compliance and adherence to established deadlines
- Execute the billing process, including issuing invoices (notas fiscais) and monitoring the sales lifecycle
- Record and manage accounts payable, ensuring accurate entries and timely payment execution before due dates
- Perform daily/weekly/monthly bank reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Provide support for various operational requests within the finance department
- Collaborate on process optimization and the implementation of continuous improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Knowledge of and prior experience with financial routines such as issuing boletos, billing, accounts payable, and bank reconciliation
- Familiarity with ERP systems (TOTVS - Protheus)
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactivity
