- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders in production, supply chain, and finance to align ERP capabilities with Nilfisk’s strategic goals.
- Drive vendor partnerships and manage a complex application portfolio (SAP ECC, S/4, SAP Public Cloud, Navision, Ariba, Concur, Onestream, Medius, etc.).
- Champion best practices in application governance, IT compliance, and service management.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and high performance within your team.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading large-scale ERP transformation projects, ideally with SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong business acumen in manufacturing, supply chain, or finance (SD, FICO, PP, QM, WM, MM).
- Track record of managing international teams and complex vendor relationships.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
