- Provide cutting-edge technical solutions and tackle advanced technical challenges.
- Partner with cross-functional teams for business development support.

- Develop precise technical documentation and resolve complex issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software industries.
- Proven experience with Cognigy or equivalent Conversational AI platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Strong capability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.

- Proficient in JavaScript and Python; experience with back-end integrations.
- Front-End Design: HTML and CSS.
- Back-End Development: server-side applications and data manipulation.
