Responsibilities
Lead annual campaigns (salary reviews, performance reviews)
Act as coordinator and guarantor of the proper execution of all compensation-related campaigns (salary increases, bonuses, etc.) and train managers on salary policies
Manage compensation surveys and various benchmarking exercises
Serve as the reference for job evaluation (Hay method) and ensure consistency of job classifications
Drive and support country teams on compensation matters by preparing internal databases and conducting analyses to develop recommendations
Identify pain points and propose process improvements
Participate, within the framework of NAO (annual mandatory negotiations), in conducting analyses and simulations to quantify the impact of measures
Prepare and present communication materials related to compensation
Act as the point of contact for HRBPs, proactively propose solutions, and autonomously respond to internal stakeholders on all questions and issues within the scope
Prepare the BSI for the Nhood France scope
Ensure operational management of the employee share ownership scheme: run subscription and buyback campaigns, prepare materials for employee shareholder representatives' meetings, ensure proper budget tracking of costs related to the scheme, and oversee development of the subscription management tool
