Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering sessions with client stakeholders and subject matter experts.

Present findings, recommendations, and solutions to senior client stakeholders and management.
Manage dependencies and risks to meet time estimates, and schedules for project execution.
Clearly and professionally communicate with client and management during requirements gathering and throughout project lifecycle.
Requirements
US citizenship is required.
Bachelor’s Degree or Associates/Vocational/Technical education or equivalent work experience.
6-10 years of experience in business analysis, ERP implementation, or federal financial systems.
Strong expertise in Agile methodologies.
Proven ability to lead requirements gathering sessions and facilitating workshops.
Must have the ability to pass a Public Trust background investigation.
Strong analytical and written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and with a team to solve problems.
Ability to efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
