Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with client stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Analyze current business processes, identify gaps, and develop comprehensive business requirements.
- Own gap analysis efforts, mapping business requirements to Momentum Financials functionality.
- Participate and facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and PI planning).
- Track, document, and manage changes to business requirements throughout project lifecycle.
- Manage functional area or module ownership (e.g. AP, AR, Budget).
- Present findings, recommendations, and solutions to senior client stakeholders and management.
- Manage dependencies and risks to meet time estimates, and schedules for project execution.
- Clearly and professionally communicate with client and management during requirements gathering and throughout project lifecycle.
Requirements
- US citizenship is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Associates/Vocational/Technical education or equivalent work experience.
- 6-10 years of experience in business analysis, ERP implementation, or federal financial systems.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead requirements gathering sessions and facilitating workshops.
- Must have the ability to pass a Public Trust background investigation.
- Strong analytical and written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and with a team to solve problems.
- Ability to efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Willingness to work onsite with client partners.
