Responsibilities
Drive product adoption, penetration, and merchant satisfaction across Nordic markets in partnership with regional sales leadership.
Capture Nordic payment market dynamics, competitive movements, and merchant needs. Translate these into prioritized requirements that influence global roadmaps.
Ensure global products meet local market regulations and work effectively in Nordic markets. Coordinate regional adaptations for payment methods, merchant portals, and market-specific needs.
Provide product training, RFP support, and technical consultation to help close deals.
Own demand planning across all product towers, ensuring development capacity aligns with priorities and ROI opportunities.
Requirements
10+ years in product management, sales, commercial, or related roles within payments or merchant solutions
Proven track record driving commercial success - measurable impact on adoption, revenue, or market share
Experience working with or in sales organizations - deal support, product positioning, training, or sales execution
Understanding of payment markets - you've worked in the industry and know the landscape
Strong stakeholder management skills across commercial, technical, and executive audiences
Fluent in English (Nordic language skills are a plus but not required)
