Requirements
- 7–10+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience in AI diagnostics, FSM, CSP, or support automation
- Strong knowledge of:

- Exposure to LLMs, AI search, ML systems (plus)
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Experience working with field service & support teams
