About the role
- Senior L3 Network & Project Engineer delivering cutting-edge solutions and leading projects at AI-powered MSP Netsurit. Engaging with clients and managing infrastructure projects in a hybrid role in Stamford, CT.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver end-to-end projects for SMB and enterprise clients from planning and design to implementation and handover
- Architect and implement Microsoft 365/O365 and Azure infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS, networking, security)
- Act as the L3 escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring seamless resolution
- Own multiple projects simultaneously manage timelines, communication, documentation, and change control
- Engage directly with clients, translating technical solutions into business value and building trusted relationships
- Collaborate with security and innovation teams to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and future-ready
Requirements
- 5+ years of MSP experience in a senior/L3 role
- Deep hands-on expertise in: Microsoft 365/O365, Entra ID, Purview Azure administration and migrations, Teams VoIP/Teams Phone, Firewalls, switches, routing (multi-site environments), Windows Server & Active Directory
- Strong project ownership and ability to work independently
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills comfortable with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work on-site in Stamford / NY Metro area as needed
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft 365, Azure, Fortinet, etc.) are a big plus
