About the role
- Cybercrime Analyst role focusing on incident response and threat mitigation for Netcraft. Join a dedicated Technical Operations team to safeguard clients from cybercrime attacks.
Responsibilities
- Cybercrime incident response – communicating analysis of cyber threats to relevant parties to mitigate attacks
- Classification of malicious websites, social media profiles, apps, emails, and phone numbers
- Providing clear and professional feedback to customers on incidents and classifications
- Sharing your ideas on how to improve processes and workflows
Requirements
- Attention to detail, adaptability, and strong intellectual and commercial curiosity
- A positive and solution-focused approach
- Interest in the internet and cybercrime prevention
- Excellent communication skills with a high standard of written English
- Ability to engage with people in a warm, helpful, and professional way

- Some experience in cybersecurity is useful but not essential as full training will be provided
- A degree in a relevant area, such as Computer Science or IT may be useful but isn't essential
