About the role
- Procurement Finance Coordinator supporting global procurement requests in Supply Chain for Nestlé. Engaging with international teams and ensuring process efficiency and training materials preparation.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first level of support for any procurement requests within scope: SAP, EasyBuy, Easy Request, PR/PO creation, Shipment Creation, PO closure, Procurement approvals, technical questions.
- Parked/Blocked Invoices proceeding
- Reporting related to activities
- Perform and support related KPIs and dashboards
- Facilitate continuous improvement to drive value to the business: ensuring root cause analysis of mistakes identified, driving processes standardization and simplification, support automation
- Prepare and conduct trainings/learning materials for Operational Buyers/Requestors on markets regarding operational topics, new tools, global initiatives etc.
- Handle escalated issues and complaints from the Market and provide analysis/resolution
Requirements
- An experienced professional in analytics
- Solid expertise in procurement at least 1 year
- Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel and SAP
- A professional with strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Adaptable to change and cope in fast-paced environment
- A professional with customer-first mindset
- Attentive to details
- Confident in English on at least Upper-intermediate level
