Responsibilities

- support the analytical team towards implementation and sustain
- structure solutions, improve processes, and find new development paths
- lead business-side of rollouts and present results to stakeholders
- assess priorities coming from multiple businesses and technical stakeholders
- prepare sufficient documentation of business requirements, processes, and agreements
Requirements
- at least 2 years of experience in a similar position (demand planner, business project owner, project manager, business consultant, business analyst, etc.)
- strong analytical skills and understanding of the business
- technical and business experience to communicate opportunities and risks of analytical solutions
- knowledge of agile project management methodologies (e.g., SCRUM, KANBAN)
- knowledge of tools like Azure Boards/JIRA, Excel
- skills in SAP/APO, SQL, Databricks, Python, and Power BI are advantageous
- English knowledge allowing fluent business communication (min. B2)
- knowledge of basic Data Science concepts (e.g. CRISP-DM)
- knowledge within the area of Supply Chain Forecasting
