Senior Copywriter crafting compelling narratives and conversion-driven copy for Nestig's baby brand. Collaborating with teams to enhance customer experience through authentic storytelling in marketing.
Responsibilities
Craft the overarching campaign story for major launches and tentpole moments, ensuring cohesion across every channel;
Bring new products to life — from naming to shaping the full product story across site and campaigns and ensure each product has a distinct perspective while reinforcing the larger Nestig narrative;
Translate craftsmanship, materials, and technical features into warm, benefit-driven copy.
Own product descriptions, homepage messaging, landing pages, and key category copy;
Partner with Growth on A/B testing and site optimization to improve clarity and conversion;
Apply performance insights to continuously strengthen messaging without compromising brand integrity.
Work closely with Creative, Growth, Product Development, and CX to ensure messaging reflects real customer needs and questions across all Nestig channels: paid, lifecycle, and owned channels;
Provide copy direction and feedback to our paid agency to ensure the performance creative aligns with Nestig’s voice and standards.
Serve as a brand steward, maintaining consistency and brand voice across all channels;
Help refine and evolve Nestig’s voice as the brand grows.
Requirements
3–5+ years of brand and product copywriting experience (DTC preferred)
Must be able to work onsite in our New York office in Flatiron three (3) days a week [Monday, Wednesday, Thursday]
A strong portfolio demonstrating elevated storytelling and conversion-focused copy
Comfort moving between high-level narrative and detail-driven execution
Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills
Passion for interiors, design, and crafting meaningful customer experiences
