Responsibilities
Creating and optimizing written content for all relevant touchpoints — from product descriptions to newsletters, email flows, blog posts, e‑books, online banners, ads, campaigns, and package inserts
Strengthening brand identity and customer relationships
Close collaboration with various teams (webshop, marketplace, CRM, SEO, social media, retail)
Adopting and applying the brands' tone of voice
Requirements
Several years of experience as a copywriter, e.g., in an agency, editorial environment, or in‑house — ideally in e‑commerce
Experience in dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, or health, and knowledge of the Health Claims Regulation
Passion for great copy and a hands‑on mentality
Ability to explain complex topics in simple terms
Conceptual and strategic thinker; organized and structured in your work
Comfortable working cross‑media — from BTL to ATL, from grocery retail (LEH) to webshop to marketplaces
Strong feel for effective headlines and long copy
E‑commerce, SEO, GEO and CRM experience
Familiarity with smart use of AI tools for text optimization
Native German language skills
