Responsibilities
Contribute to the onboarding of new customers for Planning and Replenishment solutions
Support the integration and onboarding process for new clients
Assist with client communication
Collaborate with internal teams to support solution delivery
Assist in understanding client requirements
Support technical activities related to the technology
Help organize tasks, deadlines and documentation for onboarding projects
Participate in project implementation stages
Assist in creating and monitoring project indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a university degree program (Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, Logistics or related fields)
Interest in customer service, consulting or related areas
Good verbal and written communication skills
Interest in learning about system and process implementation
Ability to work in a team and collaborate in multidisciplinary environments
Good organization and time-management skills
Proactive, eager to learn, solve problems and continuously improve
Genuine interest in client relationships and delivering an excellent customer experience
Intermediate English (desired)
Basic knowledge of or willingness to learn SQL/PostgreSQL and Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) (desired)
