About the role
- Intern supporting customer onboarding processes for Neogrid's visibility products in retail and industry. Collaborating on project presentations and engaging users to optimize data management.
Responsibilities
- Support the customer onboarding process for Distributor Visibility products;
- Assist with implementation processes with Distributors and Manufacturers;
- Work on configuration and setup of internal tools;
- Help create project presentations and training materials for users;
- Analyze metrics such as sell-out, inventory, and others;
- Support measurement of customer success in using the platform;
- Work on ways to engage users in projects and drive adoption of the area's solutions;
- Perform data entry and management of customer data in our platforms.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Excel;
- Analytical ability;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ownership mindset when supporting customers;
- Comfortable working in a team;
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn about customer onboarding;
- Sense of urgency;
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Knowledge of Spanish or English is a plus.
