Responsibilities
Gather requirements from clients
Coordinate with clients to clarify implementation stages
Map and understand client needs
Become familiar with standard solution implementation patterns
Provide technical support to clients during implementation
Report the status of assigned activities
Perform system configuration and parameterization
Monitor product implementation alongside the client
Deliver training to internal staff and clients
Prepare documentation, timelines, kick-off presentations, and action plans
Requirements
Sense of urgency and time-management skills
Customer service experience
Negotiation skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Teamwork and collaborative mindset
