Responsibilities
Responsible for providing subject matter expertise on the design and implementation of complex data network and voice solutions for business class customers.
Works as a collaborative member of the sales team to market and sell the Company's product lines.
Provides insight to customers on current network solutions.
Works closely with account executives on presentations and the technical design of new sales.
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
Attend and participate in customer meetings to uncover their current challenges by asking appropriate questions and taking good notes.
Create and deliver solution/sales presentations to customers in terms they can understand by reading the room and gauging the level of expertise, and tailoring messaging to the audience.
Form trusted relationships with potential or existing customers to gain favor with technical abilities.
Requirements
Understands the technical and market details of digital streaming technology.
Comprehends the distribution and consumption methods of video.
Strong team collaboration with various types of professionals, both internal and external.
Self-motivated to learn new and existing technologies.
