Responsibilities
Build and maintain strategic customer relationships at decision-maker level (C-level, IT management, procurement, etc.)
Own the strategic development and management of designated key accounts with a focus on sustainable growth and customer satisfaction
Identify and realize cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities within our product portfolio
Work closely with product management, development, consulting and support to ensure optimal customer service
Identify concrete strategic development opportunities and feed them as potential roadmap items and inputs for product management
Develop and implement account strategies, forecasts and reports to steer customer development
Independently manage the entire sales process – from needs analysis through proposal preparation and contract negotiation to successful project completion
Requirements
Several years of experience in Key Account Management, ideally in an IT or software environment
Strong communication and negotiation skills at the executive level
Commercial acumen and solid business/financial understanding
Strategic and analytical thinking for targeted market and customer analysis
High customer orientation combined with an entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to communicate complex topics clearly, persuasively and with a solution focus
