Responsibilities
- Supporting the Technology Portfolio Manager, Programme and Project Managers
- Monitoring portfolio, programme and project performance and quality across cost, schedule, resource scope, Risk, Assumption, Issue and Dependency (RAID)
- Providing actionable insights for different stakeholders
- Collaborating with Programme Leads, Architects, Control Owners to track key milestones
- Maintaining a high-level portfolio plan and a four-, six- and eight-week milestone look ahead
- Supporting the management of the implementation of the architecture outcomes
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience of portfolio management theories, models and practices
- Strong understanding of project, programme and governance frameworks
- Experience of delivering portfolio analysis in a technology or IT environment
- Good interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with financial tracking
- Ability to drive continuous improvement in PMO processes, reporting standards and portfolio assurance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for delivery teams, executives or similar
