Responsibilities
Lead the weekly/monthly sales forecasting process, synthesizing data from Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain into a single source of truth.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings to challenge assumptions, analyze variances, and align leadership on growth strategies.
Project-manage high-priority initiatives, such as new product launches, Amazon channel optimization, and holiday peak planning.
Proactively identify performance gaps or supply chain risks and recommend actionable mitigation plans.
Design and deliver QBRs and Board materials that distill complex data into clear, "so-what" insights.
Identify organizational friction and implement scalable tools to improve operational speed.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy Consulting, or Investment Banking. Experience at a high-growth consumer hardware or DTC startup is a significant plus.
Bachelor’s Degree required
Expert-level Excel skills with the ability to build complex, bottoms-up operational models from scratch.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence senior leaders through data-backed insights.
A structured problem-solver who can pivot between high-level strategy and granular execution.
Exceptional storytelling skills, capable of turning data sets into clear executive narratives.
