- Perform basic data checks and validations to identify discrepancies
- Flag errors or missing data to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for media operations
- Maintain confidentiality of client and financial information
- Support documentation and process improvements when required
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable with formulas (SUM, IF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic Pivot Tables)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work with structured, repetitive, and process-driven tasks
- Basic computer proficiency (email, file management, MS Office tools)
- Willingness to learn media tools and internal systems (training will be provided)
- Exposure to data entry, operations, finance, or reporting roles (good to have)
- Familiarity with large datasets or trackers (good to have)
- Prior experience in a corporate or agency environment (good to have)
